DMER’s admission page contains an “Online Registration for NEET-PG CPS Admissions 2023–24” link pointing to the old SMB Form address.
That link belonged to the earlier registration service. The current website is independently operated and does not represent DMER Maharashtra or CPS. The old link should not be treated as an invitation to submit a new application here.

Information Brochure
The NEET-PG-CPS Information Brochure 2023–2024 is the main reference for that session. Read its eligibility conditions and admission instructions rather than relying on a short summary.
Provisional Seat Matrices
The page lists separate seat information for government, corporation and local body institutions, along with an institute-wise and course-wise summary for unaided institutions.
Check the institution type and document date. A provisional seat matrix shows information for a particular stage; it does not establish that those seats are available today.
Institution Contact Details
Separate contact lists are provided for government and unaided institutions. These are useful starting points for enquiries about the earlier session. Confirm that the contact details are still current before sending personal documents.
Need Help With a Previous Application?
For an old registration, payment or admission enquiry, contact the authority or institution named in your admission documents.
Keep your application acknowledgement, payment receipt and relevant correspondence available. Explain that your enquiry concerns the 2023–24 session, so it is not confused with a later admission process.
Do not enter an old password or send documents to this website. SMB Form cannot retrieve an application, reset a portal password or issue an admission letter.
